The Waterford on Cooper is the facility my mom selected. Her room is excellent. It's spacious for her needs, very clean, and updated. We had meals there and the food was excellent. The staff is excellent as well. They have crafts and church, and I'm sure my mom would be getting involved in a couple of other activities as well. The amenities are excellent. The common room they have is a game room. They have a living room, a media section, a beauty shop, a dining room -- which is excellent -- and a very nice, enclosed courtyard. It's a little expensive, but it is worth it. We are extremely pleased with this community.

The Waterford on Cooper was beautiful, and their services seemed appropriate. The staff was very well informed. I actually took references that they gave me to go check out other places, and we used an attorney that they had recommended. It was very informative. It was a very fruitful trip even though I could not afford to put mother there. The grounds were absolutely lovely. It was out of my mother's price range, but if we could afford it, it would have been a great temptation. Most of the facilities are reasonably priced, but theirs was a little bit high. It was very nice walking in.

My visit at The Waterford on Cooper was good. The sales lady was very nice to me. The only thing downside was when I saw one of the residents come out and she was in her walker. She sat in the dining room and was hoping someone would get her a cup of coffee, but nobody was paying attention. The sales lady also didn't offer to get it for her or anything, and that kind of felt wrong. They don't have a pool, but the place is very pretty and well-maintained. I just didn't get a warm, fuzzy feeling with them.
