Our nearly three-acre estate boasts 12 private rooms, most with their own en-suite bathroom, 35 citrus trees and a large wrap-around deck that offers gorgeous views of the setting sun. At Evergreen Chalet, we believe in the old European tradition of family values, where elders are loved, respected and well cared for. This is why we provide an extremely low resident-to-staff ratio of 3:1. Care is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and all services and amenities are included in our monthly fee.
