Description of Regency at Fallbrook
Providing senior living options that range from independent living to assisted living and memory care, Regency Fallbrook is a peaceful and relaxing retirement community located in the rural California countryside. The staff at our community are dedicated to serving our residents with compassion and care through the many assistive services they provide. With caregivers on site 24 hours a day, a helping hand is available no matter the hour.
Regency Fallbrook is operated by Regency Pacific, a company that has been creating safe havens for seniors for more than 40 years.
Featured Amenities
During the day, residents of our community can be found in our main living room or library relaxing and socializing with one another. Events and gatherings of all sorts are held in our activity room, with activities including live entertainment, educational programs, baking classes, exercise groups, book clubs and more. Outside, our courtyard is a beautiful spot to enjoy our manicured gardens and relax in the shade of an umbrella with a good book.
Accommodations at Regency Fallbrook come in a selection of sizes and floor plans. Each apartment features a private bath, individually controlled thermostat and emergency call system that is monitored around the clock.
Available Services
To make it easy for residents to run personal errands and reach medical appointments, we offer our seniors the convenience of scheduled transportation services. For a small fee, residents can utilize the services of our on-site salon and barber shop.
Assisted living residents here at Regency Fallbrook receive individually tailored services to help them through their day. These services can include help with personal hygiene, medication management, dressing and other activities of daily living. Seniors receiving memory care here are cared for utilizing a “Gentle Care Philosophy.”

Regency at Fallbrook's rooms were a nice size. The memory care was understaffed. However, the food was good, and I like that they offer the ability to select something from a menu. They have a workout room and they travel for outings, but they don't offer much of anything else for the memory care section other than watching TV.

I visited Regency Fallbrook. The staff was really nice, and the tenants were very friendly, but the place was very small and dated.
