12 Oaks Senior Living manages Caruth Haven Court. We are Texas-based full-service senior living company that was founded in 1983 by Charles C. Blaylock. Our communities differ from others in the senior living industry because we design our communities so our residents fully enjoy living with us.

The apartments found at Caruth Haven Court are designed to feel just like home without the to-do lists of maintenance and cleaning. Our studios and one-bedroom apartments have kitchenettes with a full-size refrigerator, spacious private bathrooms and the decorative touches of high ceilings and cherry oak-stained cabinets. Help is always close at hand thanks to the emergency call system.

Every day our residents find themselves laughing and having fun with friends thanks to our full activity calendar. Whatever their hobby, whether it's arts and crafts, games or music, our residents find an activity to join in. And there are also many gathering places around the community where residents meet to chat, such as on the Porte cochere or on a bench in the landscaped courtyard.

Available Services

Joining our community means your loved one is saying good-bye to life's responsibilities because we handle everything. Three times a day we serve delicious meals in the community dining room, and room service is available for those nights someone wants to stay in. We also provide scheduled transportation for errands, along with daily housekeeping and weekly laundry service.

But it's our wellness programs that really allow our residents to thrive once they join Caruth Haven Court. We provide assistance with activities of daily living and medication management. We also arrange for on-site dentist, podiatrist and hearing aid services. Personal shopping, companion services and massage therapy can also be arranged as needed.
