The Manse sits on 3 beautiful acres surrounded by eucalyptus trees and lush landscaping. It is a two-story colonial mansion with southern charm and a variety of rooms to choose from. Our lovely 25 bedroom community is just the right size in providing more intimate care than the larger facilities. Also, we provide interaction through daily activities that the smaller homes don't provide. As one of the pioneers in north San Diego country, The Manse has been in the assisted living industry for over a quarter of a century providing specially designed services for residents who need memory care. We also have hospice and respite care available.

Our community offers a variety of comfortable floor plans including private and semi-private apartments with abundant natural lighting, a private bathroom and individual climate control.

The Manse features freshly-prepared nutritious meals every day in our restaurant-style dining room. We also offer numerous social activities, events and outings for residents to partake in should they choose.

Available Services

Regular housekeeping and laundry services means that our residents have more time to focus on what they want to do. At The Manse our individualized evaluation program helps to match each resident with services and activities that fit their personalities and needs. And 24-hours a day, our caring staff are there to help with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing or medication administration.

Our memory care program focuses on individual attention, where we design each aspect of our care and activities to each resident’s need. Each staff member is specially trained to serve and care for residents suffering from memory loss conditions such as those associated with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia.
