At the Terraces of Roseville, we offer a lifestyle for independent living, assisted living and memory care that is as expansive and special as our community. Our stately main building features generous common areas, grand windows, cathedral ceilings and plenty of natural daylight. In our surrounding grounds you will find three spacious courtyards set in beautiful and serene settings with oak trees and a bubbling creek. Our highly skilled staff members offer individually customized care and assistance for our residents that need it.

Our residents choose from studio apartments, studio alcoves and one-
and two-bedroom suites. Every unit comes with a kitchenette and individually controlled thermostat. Many units feature patios, balconies or courtyard views. Enjoy daily meals served in our splendid three-story Grand Dining Room, or in the comfort of your own apartment. Residents can take advantage of the chapel services as well as our beauty salon and barber shop conveniently located on-site.
Available Services
Residents at our community enjoy a wide variety of activities and services. Our full-time activities director schedules games, such as bridge and Wii Bowling, as well as classes, and entertainment both on-site and off. Our staff provides spa-like services which can be enjoyed by both residents and visiting loved ones. Complimentary scheduled transportation to off-site locations is provided, so residents can enjoy local shopping, dining and entertainment. The Terraces of Roseville is beautiful. It has all been redone. I saw the rooms, which were very nice. It is a very big place, it is off the road, but it is very nice, and very clean. The staff members were excellent. They took care of me. They're good. They have a beautiful courtyard too.

The Terraces of Roseville is more my style. They have assisted living, too. They don't have to change apartments, but they add that service. It is nice and modern, but it is a little expensive. The base price is good compared to other places but they just add on every little thing. All the showers were like walk-in and roll-in. There is nothing to step over and that really stands out to me because I have two adults in wheelchairs. It was impressive. Most of the rooms have islands in the kitchen, so that was nice. The dining room is open all the time.
