Located just north of downtown Seattle, our community lets residents experience the hustle and bustle of the city or enjoy the peacefulness the Northgate area provides.

Featured Amenities
The private rooms at Northgate Plaza have all the amenities and privacy of the home, without the hassle. TV and Internet access are included in one monthly cost; only telephone connection requires an additional fee. Pets are also welcome to join their owners at our community.
Our Anytime Dining program allows residents to eat when they want to, just like at their own home. We are happy to serve additional meals if residents wish to bring family or friends as guests. We also have a private dining room for special parties or family gatherings.
Available Services
At Northgate Plaza, our nursing staff are available to help residents manage their physical and mental health during business hours. In addition, we specially select and train a 24-hour work staff to cater to and meet the various needs of our residents.
Our full-time Activity Director keeps residents busy with regularly planned activities and outings. Day trips into the city as well as the greater Seattle area allow residents to relax, socialize and develop new friendships with their fellow residents.

- Special Comment: We are located across the street from Howard Hubble park and just a short walk away from Northgate Mall. We are right on major bus lines and we are also across the street from stores like Target, Best Buy, and Ross and we are less than one block from a gym with a pool, a public library, a bank, a Starbucks and a post office. We are also tucked away enough from the main thoroughfare to create a cozy private atmosphere with spacious community outdoor spaces. Our community is actually walkable by seniors to so many businesses and other amenities.

I visited this facility
Northgate Plaza is a beautiful facility and there are lots of windows. The only downside is there is no outdoor sitting area, but it is really well-located. It is within walking distance of Target and several restaurants, Northgate Mall, and a movie theater. The staff is very responsive and hyper-excited to have my mother join their community. The thing that impressed me the most was the level of attentiveness of the residents. It was a lot of real interaction and my mother would've had a lot of people to converse with on an intellectual level. I was impressed with the general layout of the cafeteria, which was presented more like a restaurant.
