Brookdale Mill Creek is stunning when you drive up. The grounds are well maintained and in a peaceful setting. The staff was very friendly and professional during my visit. The dining area is lovely, and I love the restaurant-style dining. I had a dinner with a resident, and it was as good, dessert was excellent. This facility has created a warm and welcoming environment giving residents a wonderful living environment. Now the swimming pool was very nice and big to boot, the ladies doing water aerobics and gents swimming laps. The staff was very respectful, and there was a lot of privacy and individuality of for the residents, while at the same time, a sense of community. I learned of their Service Care Plan it offers just the right level of care of additional services, from help with medication to daily help with bathing, grooming, and ambulation care. Their tiered levels of service ensure that you are only paying for the services that you need. Great for the residents as it allows you to tailor your needs along with the cost, so you are not paying a set amount for service you don't want or need. They offer lots of activities for residents including outings, library, a beautiful garden to relax in. Spiritual and cultural activities, I thought it was awesome. They have a shuttle to take you out to the store or where ever you may need to go. They also offer ay trips filled with fun things to do. Residents need not worry about laundry the staff takes care of that for you. Housekeeping also provided. Yes, room service how awesome. I like this place overall; the residents were happy and everything flowed as if it should. The food great, decor was warm and inviting. I loved the setting and building itself was nice. The residents adored my son it was not easy getting out of there, and his little cheeks adorned with lipstick stains, pockets filled with pennies and treats. I wouldn't hesitate to have I loved on live here. Great community and staff for sure. I can't wait to visit again.
