I visited this facility

Atria Cinco Ranch was very inviting. They were very informative and very friendly. I just saw their one-bedroom, and it was very clean and spacious. They also had all sorts of activities planned on their huge calendar. They had a dining room, a fitness room, a garden, and a courtyard. The facility was well-maintained, and everybody was very nice. Based on when we walked through the building, the food was not really good. Their menu was very detailed. The person who toured us said that the food is made from scratch, and based on COVID, they are getting their food delivered on each floor. One floor would be eating in the dining, while all the other floors would be eating in their rooms through their room service, and they rotate each floor, each day.

Atria Cinco Ranch was very nice, and they called back to check on me. My husband and I used to live in Cinco Ranch, so that was one of the reasons I liked the area. It was close to the church I used to attend and that was a big plus, too. It's a very nice and clean place. I liked the fact that they had quite a few activities. I'm looking at the brochure and they had a featured event. There was a Casino Royale part, which they said was like Bingo travelling, they had Oktoberfest party going on, and they had a Christmas tree decorating coming up later on. It was nice, and I appreciate the fact that they were having get-togethers, activities, and things. They were very friendly and knew what they were talking about. They had a lady executive director, and she's sent a letter that was very sweet and very touching. They had a printed literature that was very informative and I felt like it helped out a lot because obviously I brought it home and kept it in my folder of places I've been able to visit, so that when I can go out again, I'll be able to remember the ones I was at. It's probably September or so since I've been there, and I was able to go in. I remember it was easy to navigate, and they were very good.

I went to Atria Cinco Ranch. They were able to show me a room, we walked through the buildings, it was well kept, there were people in the common areas. We could speak to them, they spoke to us, and could just ask them how well they liked the place, and they seemed to be fairly happy. The staff seemed to be pretty knowledgeable of what was going on, and what their role was.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My mother moved into Sunrise of Cinco Ranch . Everything is fine, and I'm perfectly satisfied with it. The staff is wonderful, the dining area is nice, and she likes the food. She is enjoying the activities, but she doesn't play dominos. The room is nice, and they keep it clean. The parking is a little crowded.

I visited this facility

I visited here, and I would tell anyone who is interested to please talk to the residents. In the three times I've been there, they have been dressed, I have been approached with "Can we help you?," and they told me their names, where they are and what they do. I would go there for the residents. When I went with the sales representative to look at the place, she was very helpful. She pointed out that they were having some sales, and that I really could have benefitted from those. I looked at their one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. The two-bedroom I would recommend for people that are active. Because they're huge and far away from the dining room, but they're also close to the laundry facilities. I felt that the two-bedrooms for the price were amazing. They're close to 1,800 square feet with big walk-in closets, big bedroom, beautiful full kitchen, and amazing. I looked at their programs that they have on there. They're always taking trips and going somewhere. The people would happily pay for a meal. I had a meal with some of the residents and I love the people I was with. I love the place. The parking would have been very close to the two-bedroom apartments that I was looking at, just two feet away, and there seems to be a lot of parking. All of the staff members were knowledgeable. They knew about the sales even when they're not in sales, knew where I could find someone, and knew the names of all of the residents. I thought that was pretty amazing. They only allow dogs that are under 20 pounds but my dog is bigger. I was there on a special day, and they had a lot of assortments of food and what I ate was great. I had soup, salad, a wonderful dessert, and the pasta dish was very good. The place itself didn't have any smell, and everything was clean.
