We are an all-inclusive senior community. What this means is that we pay for their utilities, food, transportation, housekeeping, laundry facilities, and cable! The only service we do not provide is their home phone. Mainly because we do not know what provider and service plan the resident will want , or if they choose to have the service at all. We have several residents that use cell phones. Each of our apartment homes come furnished with a full size refrigerator and ice maker and a microwave. V.A. Improved Pension: V.A. benefits can also be available as financial assistance for living expenses. There are certain requirements and guidelines to be approved by. Heart n' Hand: We have a 24-7 on-site, non-medical home health group. Heart n' Hand helps in a variety of different ways from medication reminders to bathing, to dressing and un-dressing, to safety checks, to walking a dog for one of our residents. Their pricing is based off of an 'as needed' basis.
