I have placed my mother here. She needs 24/7 care. They also offer memory care therapy, which is important for her to get that along with the occupational and physical therapy. The place looked nice, and it was the closest to us. The people that I met online and the people I spoke to over the phone were very accommodating in every way, went over and beyond for us, that's why we chose that place. I had to get in my mother rather quickly, and they were willing to accommodate us. They did whatever they could to make that possible. She's in the memory care area, but she needs 24/7 care. We only were allowed in for about a half an hour when we placed her. Everything was immaculately clean, very bright, very cheery, and open. Her room is very nice, it's right near a window, and she liked that idea. There's plenty of room, plenty of furniture, a nice-sized closet, and nice bed. Everything is nice and very clean. I was mostly amazed at how bright it is and how open and cheery it is. We're very pleased. They keep us informed. I could call the physical therapy doctor anytime I want and talk to her. I can Zoom with her anytime I want. They're very accommodating. I called at 3:00 in the morning and they said to me, "She's up, you could talk to her or you can just speak to the night nurse and see what kind of a night she's having. If you're worried or concerned, if there's somebody here, we'll always answer the phone 24 hours a day." The one we've dealt with a lot has been wonderful, very informative, and kept up with me, calling me, and she still does. She always picks up the phone, answering all my questions, all my concerns, and addresses everything. My mother always says the food is good, and she eats everything. They have a lot of activities planned. They have movie nights, arts and crafts, and a big piano, but none that I have ever seen because we're not allowed in because of COVID. What I hear and what my mom tells me, they always have activities going on every day.
