Everything at The Terrace at Chestnut Hill is nice. The rooms are nice, the community was clean, and the staff was very friendly and personable. I liked how they knew everyones and the familys name. So far, we have no complaints. My parents are pleased with the food. Theres no swimming pool, but there is some sort of therapy room. Overall, the community is great and right now we are pleased.

The Terrace at Chestnut Hill was a converted home built in like 1890. It was very homey and comfortable, and not like a hospital. The staff members were very warm, welcoming, and answered all our questions. They introduced us to the cook and the maintenance people. Everything was so nice.

I liked The Terrace at Chestnut Hill a lot; it was really nice. The staff was so warm and friendly. I saw different activities going on that looked wonderful. I was impressed with the way the staff interacted with each other and the residents. I wanted to move my husband there, but where my husband currently is offered a shared room, so I kept him there. The layout would be good for someone with memory issues because it wasn't that complicated. It had three floors and looked really nice. People could go outside. It would be a pleasant environment for them. If you're looking for a new and sleek place, it isn't that because it's an older community, but that didn't bother me.

The Terrace at Chestnut Hill is very quaint. It is a series of older homes that are interconnected, so it has a very nice homey feel to it. The person who toured us was great. The dining area looked nice, but the room was too small. They're mostly a single-person-per-room set-up. For a single person, it would be fine. There was only one activity going on then.

The Terrace at Chestnut Hill was very nice and comfortable. The residents seemed happy and the care seemed appropriate. For the price, there was a lot included and I thought it would be a good place for my mother. The rooms were average-sized and my mother would have to bring her own furniture. It also has a good-sized bathroom with a walk-in shower. They also had a movie room, a nice backyard with a porch area you can sit on, a fireplace area that residents could sit in, and an area where they're playing bingo. They're trying to put their best foot forward and they're very friendly. It's an older building but remodelled really nicely.

The Terrace at Chestnut Hill was very nice and the location was very nice. It was just a little bit too small for what they offered because my parents will be moving from a three-bedroom home. The staff was very friendly, very accommodating, answered all my questions, and was very eager to work with us. It was a large building and they have a patio.

The Terrace at Chestnut Hill is not what I was looking for. They didn't have 1-bedroom apartment. The place itself was so different from the rest of the ones that I looked at. It wasn't really spacious, but it was more intimate. It had common rooms, so it was different from the other facilities in that sense. I did witness an activity. They had a DJ and people were enjoying music. The staff was very nice, but it wasn't what we wanted.
