I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
Arbor Trace is a wonderful place. I have personal dealings with several of the staff,namely Christina(social worker),Carly(social worker),Gretchen(activities director),Sharon(kitchen/dining room),Britnie(nurse),Jordan(nurse),and the therapy team and so many others that are wonderful and amazing..my aunt is in this facility and she is being well cared for! thanks to everyone who works so hard to make this facility as homey as possible...

I visited this facility
Brookdale Richmond was very nice and I was very impressed. Some of the rooms had windows, but two other rooms didn’t have windows. Other rooms had sliding doors that go out onto a patio. The place was very colorful, cheery, and clean. The staff was very nice. I liked that they had someone that comes in to do your hair. They had movies and you could choose the movie that you want to watch.
