I have lived in Johnson County all my life and have multiple friends who live or have lived at Greenwood Village South over the years and have so many great things to say. I have already done my research and know this is where ill be calling home when I\'m ready to downsize.

Oh, my list is very long. Starting with letting people sit in urine and feces to not bringing medication for nausea until an hour after it’s asked for. Also the fact that a nurse tells me she’s going to go look for a personal item that went missing when they switched my mom to a new room and never returned. Then a second nurse just nods her head and mumbles as she walks away and never returns as well. This facility is a complete joke and all talk. Smiling to somebody’s face and saying that things will be taken care of is one thing. Action and actually taking care of some thing is a totally opposite thing! Completely saddens me that some people are just in it for the paycheck and don’t care about anything else.

My mother was at Greenwood Healthcare Center. It was an excellent place. They're very professional, very kind, caring, loving, and gentle. I would recommend it to anybody. The food was good. They offered a variety of things, but she was mainly doing rehab. She was in a private room, which was big enough for three people. The phones didn't work. Her nurses were awesome. The facility was always clean and easy to get around in.

My mother is in Greenwood Meadows. It's a very well-maintained and clean facility. The staff is very knowledgeable, caring, and responsive.

Country Charm is a little bit older community. The cleanliness was not there. I was not as impressed with the areas where their rooms were either. It wasn't very nice.

My sister-in-law is in Greenwood. She is in the nursing home. I think they're understaffed. They're very unprofessional sometimes when they speak to people. They're very hard to get a hold off when you call, and I don't like that. The place seems to be very clean and very nice. For the most part, most of the staff members are nice. It's a rehab center too, so they have a lot of people there for that. They provide a lot of activities. They have dinners, lunches, teas, cards, and games. Because of their short-term memory, they do provide quite a bit.

MY MOTHER HAS BEEN IN THE CENTER FOR OVER TWO YEARS NOW IN THE MENTAL HEALTH UNIT. THE CARE HAS BEEN VERY GOOD AND THE STAFF IS OUTSTANDING.THEY WORK WITH HER AND TAKE CARE OF HER NEEDS AND WANTS. WE HAVE REGULAR MEETINGS WITH THE ADM. AND BECAUSE OF HER CONDITION SHE HAS TO BE AT A 24HR. LOCATION. " I FEEL I MADE THE BEST POSSIBLE CHOICE "

I like Bickford of Greenwood. I was impressed from the moment I stepped in the door. It felt comfortable right from the beginning. My mother has been there now for about six weeks. She is not involved in a lot of activities at this time, but they do have light physical fitness activity during the day. It is a small community, but the CNAs and the nursing staff are all very nice. They treat Mom as a member of the family. My mom likes the food, which is all made right there. The price is average.
