Adequate rooms. Food good activities good . Staff is poor don't give meds on time staff rude . Don't hold up to health codes dealing with bugs instead of spraying whole building just do one room to continue. Hard to get ahold of staff . Instead of getting an increase once a year on Ren they do twice a year and don't tell anyone till month before .

My mother loves Towne Centre. All the people know her name. She fits right into it. She has a small apartment that's perfect for her. It's the right dimension for her, and it has the individual heating and she loves to adjust the temperature herself. The menu and the food are very good. She has actually gained weight. She likes the chair exercise, and we had Christmas dinner there with the staff and my mom.

I was not impressed with Towne Centre. They're in the middle of a major remodel, which is a bad time to show things. They have a gym and they have singing. They serve three meals a day. The staff who showed me around was very nice.

Towne Center is an older facility, but it was very nice. They were very kind. The staff is very nice.

I saw the memory care unit of Towne Centre. It's very nice, very clean, very homey, and there were things for the residents to do. The staff member I met was very nice and very helpful. The grounds were nice and the location is good. The apartments were carpeted, clean, and looked very good. They have games, puzzles, and a big screen TV.
