I visited this facility
Insignia of Newnan was fair, the place was very clean, and they showed me the rooms and everything. The staff was very courteous, the food was excellent, and the rooms were OK with a bathroom. The amenities were fair.

I visited this facility
Insignia of Newnan wasn't comfortable to me. The staff wasn't really anxious to help us with our tour and we were pretty much just left on our own. The rooms were a little bit smaller. I was pretty anxious to just go on and get out during my visit.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My husband is in Benton House of Newnan. They provide 24-hour care. From what I've seen so far, the staff has been very nice and very thorough. The room is spacious and clean, but they put a roommate in with him, and they asked me beforehand about that. I saw Scrabble and word games. They have an activity director, who was there playing some game. So far, it's been pretty good. I've eaten there twice, and the food was OK. I noticed there are different levels within his area. Some people are more talkative and you can have a conversation with them, while some were just staring at the wall. They try to keep them busy. We went to several places, and it was the place we liked the best.

I visited this facility
I did not like Insignia of Newnan at all. It had a urine smell to it, and the room I saw had a mattress that didn't have sheets on and there was a stain. We walked out, and my husband said he's not going there. They had one dining room for the community. The memory care unit had tables, and the food was brought to them. The staff was fine. They had games and were doing word puzzles, Scrabble, and words find games. I only saw the director, and she did a good tour. I just didn't like what I saw. It's an older facility.
