Care

Our extensive experience has also taught us that one of the greatest concerns prospecting resident(s) have is the availability of skilled nursing professionals! You will be secured in knowing we have Professional care staff 24 hours a day to assist your loved one with any time-sensitive needs that may arise. Additionally, our licensed practitioners also ensure our medication care managers are prescribing the correct medication(s) for each resident.

Events

If you are concerned your loved one living at The Birches will be bored…don’t be. From Life Enrichment Programs to social events for residents, from educational seminars to exercise and wellness activities, there is always something on the calendar. Residents are encouraged to participate in as much as they want and are able.

Dining

Residents in senior living communities look forward to great food shared over good conversation every at every meal. We designed our dining room at The Birches as an inviting, open, and warm environment for residents to gather anytime of the day. Whether dining inside or out on the Veranda the views of the fountain and courtyards add to the warm ambiance. We offer a variety of menu choices for each meal, as well as the ability to make substitutions. The Bistro also has offerings for those who may want something on the lighter side.

Services

Every resident at The Birches receives an individualized care plan tailored to their specific needs. Our Director of Resident Care develops a coordinated plan specifically aligned with each resident's need. Once created the service plan is reviewed and updated regularly by the staff, and as the resident's condition changes. The resident and family members play an active role in the service plan. Whether someone needs a lot of assistance or just a little help we are here and happy to help.

Social Life

The social life at The Birches is all about community. All too often seniors isolated at home have struggled to maintain a social life. At The Birches we want you to regain your independence and join in on the fun. It could be as simple as joining a group of residents in the theater for a movie or a group of card players enjoying an afternoon game. We encourage those residents with mutual interests to share their passions and interests..
