Our apartments are available in private or companion suite layouts. Most of the suites include the convenience of a kitchenette, walk-in closets and an emergency call system. But residents aren't often in their apartments, as there is too much going on around the community. Our activities director plans life enrichment activities that have our residents learning ceramics, playing bingo or playing against neighbors in a friendly pool tournament.
Available Services
When your loved one joins our community, no longer are life's responsibilities a concern. Our talented culinary team prepares delicious meals that are served restaurant-style in the community dining room, and the housekeeping staff handles cleaning the apartments and doing laundry. Scheduled transportation is also provided for medical appointments and errands.

Our compassionate, highly trained caregivers provide assistance with activities of daily living and medication management. I visited this facility
HarborChase of Palm Harbor was very nice. It was top-end and very nicely decorated. The facilities were in excellent condition. The staff members were super helpful. They have nurses on-staff 24 hours a day. They also have an activity program. They are right next to a park-like lake. They have a course where they can go walking. It is supervised so you're not just out there by yourself, so it seems very good for somebody needing assistance. The nurses dispense medication as well. If you have those kinds of needs, I definitely recommend it. However, it is very expensive.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My dad is staying at HarborChase of Palm Harbor, and its a very nice facility. They offer all kinds of activities and have a loving attitude towards the residents. They have a big entertainment area, a little movie room, library, and a small workout room. The cleanliness and maintenance is excellent, the dining room is quite large, and it seems to be well-run with lots of food choices. The staff is always very loving and attentive. They will serve food in your room, but otherwise, they come over and ask you what you want, and take your order like in a restaurant.

I visited this facility
HarborChase of Palm Harbor is beautiful. It's like a five-star hotel. Cindy was very pleasant, lovely, and still keeps in contact with me to see how my mom is doing. There were activities going on there, but it was kind of quiet. It wasn't really busy, but we could tell things were happening soon. It was a much larger place, but it was welcoming. They have beautiful grounds. It was very impressive.
