Description of Park Summit
Park Summit is one of South Florida's premier continuing care retirement communities and has been offering independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care to seniors for more than 25 years. Our seven-acre campus is just 20 miles northwest of Fort Lauderdale, conveniently located a short distance away from area shopping, dining options and entertainment.
Park Summit is managed by Five Star Senior Living. Five Star is a healthcare and senior living services provider that operates independent and assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation hospitals, institutional pharmacies and outpatient health rehabilitation clinics throughout 30 states.
Featured Amenities
Park Summit is bustling with activity and residents can be found in our many communal areas socializing and participating in fun, engaging activities and events. Our property is home to an arts and crafts room, formal dining rooms, an exercise center, a card room and a library.
In addition, our residents enjoy a number of on-site conveniences including restaurant-style dining, concierge services, beauty salon services, scheduled transportation and a daily activities program. Housekeeping and linen service are also provided.
Available Services
Our independent living residents enjoy the opportunity to live without having to maintain their own home. An added benefit to this is peace of mind from the knowledge that our community is staffed twenty-four hours a day should a need arise.
Seniors in need of assisted living or skilled nursing services receive the help they need from talented and compassionate staff members. Staff get to know residents on and individual basis, which enables them to cater towards their specific preferences and needs. Seasonal and short-term stays are also available.
