Bright Horizons of Greenwood

Bright Horizons of Greenwood is located in the heart of Coral Springs, just minutes from Coral Springs Medical Center. This assisted living facility is a large five-bedroom, two bath house, with four private rooms and one shared semi-private. This particular house has two large living rooms, which give residents a lot of space and privacy. It also has a very nice screen patio and large fenced in yard where our residents can sit out and enjoy the fresh air. This assisted living location has easy access to all the surrounding restaurants and shopping, as well as easy access to the hospitals in case residents need care. The assisted living facility is centrally located in Coral Springs, with easy access to the Turnpike and the Sawgrass Expressway, and a short distance from all the surrounding cities like Sunrise, Tamarac, Margate, Coconut Creek, and Boca Raton.

Staff

As with all of our assisted living facilities, we have a committed staff that has worked with us for several years. Our staff is knowledgeable, caring, competent, and professional at handling any situations that arise with our residents. They are very familiar with needs of the elderly population, and local culture.

Bright Horizons Assisted Living Facilities are regulated and licensed to operate in the State of Florida, like many other larger facilities in the area. What separates Bright Horizons from the large assisted living facilities is the fact that our residents can age in place, while a large assisted living facility eventually will ask the resident to move out because they can no longer provide the services needed due to their staff ratio. Small assisted living facilities bridge the gap between the large facility and a nursing home for a much lower cost.

As the level of care increases due to the aging process, our elderly care is custom-tailored to meet all the needs of our residents. To ensure one-on-one care, we tailor our levels of care with all the Activities of Daily Living. Our small home environment is perfect for seniors suffering from Dementia and Alzheimer's disease because it makes our residents feel as though they are living at home.

We understand that our residents will require more services as they age, and we provide each resident individualized care such as bathing, dressing and grooming, dining, and assistance with medication administration. We treat every resident with respect and dignity, and we encourage them to stay involved with the daily activities and entertainment and to keep in touch with family and friends for their own well-being.
