Sitting in the heart of the Gold Coast just half a mile from the Pacific Ocean, Newport Beach Plaza provides area seniors with a resort-style living experience. From the daily meals hand-prepared by our very own chef to our numerous social programs and activities, our community has won the trust of residents through continually providing five-star service and fun to our valued residents.
Newport Beach Plaza is managed by Leisure Care, a Seattle-based company that has been serving seniors since 1976. As one of the largest, privately-held retirement and assisted living companies in the nation, we strive to create happy residents, families, employees and partners.

Accommodations at Newport Beach Plaza come in a variety of shapes and sizes, ranging from cozy studio apartments to spacious one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Every apartment comes well-outfitted with a kitchenette, a balcony or patio, expanded cable TV and an emergency call system that is monitored 24 hours a day.

For convenience, we provide a full range of salon and barber services right on site. We offer regularly scheduled shuttle service to popular local destinations, and private chauffered transportation is available upon request. To help ensure a relaxing retirement experience, all residences are provided with routine housekeeping and linen services.

Other
Nice and clean community. Residents are busy with activities. They have happy hour. Rooms are bigger than other assisted living in the area. Staff greeted us when we toured and they seem genuinely happy.

I visited this facility
Atria Newport Plaza was what I expected from a senior living home and I didn't care for it. It didn't give me a good feel. It was more like an old folk's home and it did not give me a homey vibe. I didn't like how it was laid out.
