Apartments include both private cozy studios and spacious one- and two-bedroom apartment homes. Each is well-designed to enable mobility, with plentiful safety features. Depending on your floor plan choice apartments may include kitchens or kitchenettes, private bathrooms, in-unit washer and dryer and a balcony or patio.
Dining at The Commons at Union Ranch features table service with a choice of entrees, prepared by our expertly trained culinary staff. Additionally, our staff organizes a variety of individual, social and wellness activities to suite the interests of residents including musical aerobics and Ceramics at Westside Center.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
We chose the Commons at Union Ranch. Ive toured a lot of different places, and I liked it because it was a smaller facility. The place is clean all the time, my mom is showered all the time, I can tell shes getting her meds, and theyre doing a very good job. Theres communication with the family, and they want to talk to us. They take them out once a week, they drive around town, and last week they actually went to the pond where people were fishing. Theres a beauty salon there, they do nails and a pedicure, and theres a podiatrist that comes on site. I go there, take her to the assisted living side, and have lunch with her. Its just like in a restaurant, theres a menu, and mom feels like shes in an actual restaurant, like shes out and about and does not have to live in the facility. The food is fantastic, there are like six different choices for lunch, and on the memory care side they have three choices.

I visited this facility
We saw a one-bedroom apartment at The Commons at Union Ranch. It was too expensive for us and newer. Parking was not as accessible for guests. The landscape and the interior were nice. The staff was good. They came up with some suggestions as far as looking for veterans discounts that was pretty helpful.
