The <a href="http://www.calpace.org/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly</a>, which is commonly referred to in California as CalPACE, is a&nbsp;Medicare and Medicaid program&nbsp;that provides financial assistance for those who need nursing-home-level&nbsp;care.&nbsp;This program is available to Fremont residents age 55 and over who need help with the activities of daily living.&nbsp;
