The rooms are sparce and rarely cleaned. Have one cleaning person for whole building and constantly harrass the Aides to deep clean which they do not have time or extra staff for. The food is horrible. There are no menu choices , the residents get what ever is served to them. The staff and aides are glorified babysitters with no real training and the Supervisor s and Management are rarely seen unless one of them wants to blame staff or aides for not doing something. Then there will be a scene made in front of everyone and the owners are NEVER SEEN unless there is an opportunity for them to cause a scene.
