Shelton Health &amp; Rehabilitation Center opened in 1999 and is a licensed skilled nursing facility, specializing in post hospitalization nursing and rehabilitation therapy, end of life care and long term care. We are proud to offer our own staff of full time physical, occupational and speech therapists as well as 24 hour licensed nursing care.
