I Visited This Community
I feel that this company conducts false advertising. No where on its web site, handouts, nor Craigslist does it say that anyone under 62 must be disabled. I am 56 and not disabled. I was interviewed and shown the premises. My application fee and deposit was accepted. I passed the initial screening. I reserved an apartment. 2 weeks later, while signing additional paperwork, I was coldly told that I didn't qualify (I wasn't disabled). My deposit was returned, however, my application fee was kept. This company put undue hardship on me I had already given my landlord notice and had stopped looking for a place to live. I was deceived and treated poorly by this company.
