Offers Independent and Assisted Living. Spend down to Medicaid. Every apartment is licensed for Medicaid so guarantee being able to convert after meeting the spend down requirement, as long as the person qualifies for Medicaid. Affordable Studio, One-bedroom and Two-bedroom apartments. Three meals per day, fresh food, "any time dining." Transportation to appointments. On-site therapy services. Full Activities schedule, 7 days per week. Provide light to heavy care and medication management. Work with all hospice entities and provide Respite care up to 30 days. Excellent care team that provides exceptional services for the residents. Tours offered 7 days per week.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
Vineyard Park at Bothell Landing is nice. Because of COVID, there are a lot of things that we couldn't do. The food depends upon the day, it's not that good, but some days my relative says it's great and that she had a great dinner. The room is very nice, the dining room is really nice, they're helpful at the desk, the facility is nice, and it's a newer building. All of those things are good, it's just that things like getting things and basics are difficult right now. The value for the money is fair, plus there's Spend Down on the Medicaid there, which is helpful. The room is reasonable, the extra services seem a little expensive. They were supposed to give her two showers a week and they would only give her one, so I had to call them. They're getting a new director and there's a big change happening over there.
