The Park has been a wonderful place for my sister to live! She loves it here and hopes to return when she recovers and will allow it. The staff is great. Very attentive. They're very caring. My sister's apartment is good sized. She has everything she needs. She really likes the dining room. The food is great.

I have many friends here and I love that. I love the staff. I also like going to events with my friends, especially games and ice cream. I'm very happy here, and Elm Park has done a good job keeping us safe from this Covid. The staff is very nice. The only thing I'm not happy with is the food, and a lot of us don't like that. They're very good to us, bringing in food to the apartment and that. But the food is not what it should be and after all, this building, all these women have cooked all their lives. And then we get this kinda food from the kitchen, which is to me institutional food. And it's repeat all the time. They don't change it. My apartment is fine and I love it, and with the wonderful view of the mountain. They're being very careful. We're playing games, but we only have so many, and we wear our mask. I have a balcony and I'm up on the 4th floor. They do have pets. This is supposed to be independent living, but there are people in here that should not be here. I'm very happy here, but there's one thing that many of us want. At 7:30 at night the door is locked. There's nobody here to look after anybody, but we have the GreatCall we're supposed to use. And I think it would be nice to have somebody here 24 hours. I'm fine, but there are some people that do need assistance. I'm very happy except for the food. And I have many friends here. I've been here 8 years.

The staff is phenomenal, very pleasant and helpful. They call all residents by their name which I think is amazing. The facility is always clean, and my husband and I are very happy here. It's just a great place to live and we're very happy here.

The Park Oak Grove has everything I need. I have my dog with me and everyone is so friendly and the staff is very kind. They have therapy and they have the nurses. Everybody is just friendly and so great to me. My room is great and I have no complaints about my room. I just wish I had hardwood floors in it, but that's OK. I can't say a whole lot about the food because they don't have the places and stuff, and I understand that. They have activities and everybody here seems to love them. I don't participate because I'm legally blind and I'm off-balanced. It's great here. I wouldn't move anywhere else. As long as I can afford it, I'm going to stay here.

My mom was at Springtree Healthcare. The first impression was not good because they did not even know I was coming. Apparently, the admission lady was not there. The night people had no idea what to expect from my mom. There was some confusion when we first got there, which really upset me after we had driven five hours to get there. However, it got cleared up quickly because I called the admission lady. There were several staff members that were really good when I talked to them on the phone, but I didn't get to see them in person. The activity lady was great. I got to talk to their speech therapist and physical therapy assistant, and both of them were really good. The physical therapy assistant did all of the physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy. My mom had a very short attention span, so she did not participate in other activities. She was also in three different rooms and they were all nice and very clean. The place appeared to be very clean from the outside. Also they were easy to get in touch with.
