Nestled amongst 23 wooded acres, The Forum at The Woodlands offers seniors independent living or assisted living with the privacy and comfort of private apartments and cottages. We also take care of seniors who need memory care by providing a secure, homelike setting with a specially trained, 24-hour staff.
The Forum at The Woodlands is managed by Five Star Senior Living. Five Star is a healthcare and senior living services provider that operates independent and assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation hospitals, institutional pharmacies and outpatient health rehabilitation clinics throughout 30 states.

We offer our residents a selection of one- and two-bedroom garden apartments and cottages to choose from. All residences feature private bathrooms, kitchens, patios and an emergency call system to ensure resident safety.
Every area of our large community is utilized to ensure the health and happiness of our residents. We have a large heated pool with whirlpool, a fitness center, a library and an arts and crafts room–all of which are complements to the daily options for social, recreational or cultural activities.
Available Services
We offer customized care options for every resident, including our 24-hour, on-site staff that can help our residents in need of assistance with life's daily activities. Residents also have access to our on-site Medicare home health agency which can provide them with immediate medical attention.
For those that do not need daily assistance, seniors can still enjoy the community beauty/barber shop, local transportation and weekly housekeeping services.

I visited this facility
The Forum at the Woodlands looked peaceful and serene, and they have a floor plan that I like, which met all of my wishes. The community has a three-acre lake. We had lunch there and the food was very good. It was excellent. The staff was excellent as well and courteous. I'll probably move there.

I visited this facility
The Forum at the Woodlands was very nice. It has the advantage of being able to go from independent living all the way to Alzheimer's, which is comforting for the children of parents who are having special needs because they don't have to move them a lot. There's a Presbyterian church in that area. The independent living has multiple floors. It was a pleasant and positive experience. The people were dressed appropriately and friendly. The staff member were good and really caring people. The facility was laid out nicely. The parking was quite good, but you can get lost if you're not careful. It's clean, nice, and very attractive. The people were really professional.
