Barton House is an assisted living community designed and operated to exclusively serve the needs of individuals with Alzheimer's disease or other related memory impairments. We are located in Sugar Land on beautiful, lakefront property featuring a secure back yard with walking paths and mature oak trees.

Our community cares for a maximum of 20 residents. We can therefore tailor our care plans to the unique needs of each individual. The Barton House approaches each resident as a member of our own extended family. We are staffed with professionally trained Alzheimer's and dementia-specialized personnel. Our mission is to provide an environment that respects and honors the personal dignity of our residents. Consequently, the Barton House concept was designed to provide persons with Alzheimer's disease or other dementia with a viable, attractive way of life. Our unique combination of housing, supportive services, and health care affords an attractive living experience. The net effect is a lifestyle characterized by freedom, dignity, independence and security.
