The ideal retirement community for Plano seniors seeking an active retirement experience, Preston Place is situated on 20 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds in an established neighborhood. While staying at our community, residents enjoy access to a wide variety of engaging activities and premium amenities, as well as access to numerous local attractions and off-site entertainment.

When looking to enjoy a tasty meal, our seniors know that a wide selection of chef-prepared meals are available in the comfort of our restaurant-style dining room. Creative projects of all sorts can be worked on in our arts and crafts room, and our sports bar is a great spot to enjoy a game in the company of friends. A wide range of reading materials can be found in the library.
We offer a number of accommodation options here at Preston Place, with apartments ranging in size from 650-square-foot, one-bedroom options to 1,440-square-foot, two-bedroom units. Each of our spacious apartments is outfitted with a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, individually controlled thermostat and cable TV service. Private patios with outside storage are also available, and select accommodations also come with private garages.
