Here at Atria Westchase, residents enjoy their stay with us in one of our studio, one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartments. Each unit is equipped with a private bath with step-in shower, an individually controlled thermostat, kitchenette, ample closet space and emergency alert system.
Residents looking for a good book can stop by our library, which is also home to our computer center, to browse our selection of reading material. Movies are regularly viewed in our TV and media room, and snacks can be found in our Anytime Café. residents enjoy delicious chef prepared cuisine that is served restaurant-style dining room and come in a variety of tasty menu options.
Available Services
All residences at our community are provided with routine housekeeping and linen services. As needed, we also provide scheduled transportation for residents to reach personal errands and appointments.
As a memory care community, residents at Atria Westchase facing the daunting daily challenges of Alzheimer's and other dementias are provided with services through our Life Guidance® Memory Care Program. This program is specially designed to address the unique needs of each resident one-on-one in a secure environment.
