I Am/Was A Resident Of This Facility
We live in Parkview in Frisco. The only problem weve encountered is that the food is horrible. Weve tried to get them to change it, but they refused to do it. Our apartment is OK, and the people are friendly. The apartments have cabinets, theres a shower in the master bedroom, the bedroom is big, and it has a full kitchen, although the appliances in there are not all brand new. They serve three meals a day, but the quality of the food is very poor right now. They pay for all the electricity and everything, except for your TV and telephone. The manager is a nice guy, he just doesnt know how to manage very well. I cant really say that the value is good because were paying a lot of money, but were not getting the kind of food were paying for.
Thank you for your feedback; I’ll share your review with our dining services team. If you have more specific feedback on entrée choices or suggestions for improvements we have a very active food committee that meets monthly and we offer comment cards on table that are reviewed by our dining leadership and myself. To provide more specific input or to share ideas for improvement you are also welcome to call me anytime. Sincerely, David Gustafson, Executive Director
