Situated just minutes from Interstate 75, Raintree Terrace is a vibrant community providing caring and compassionate assisted living and memory care services to Tennessee seniors. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood yet are just a quick drive away from the West Town Mall, the Market Place Shopping Center and the Turkey Creek Medical Center.

Raintree Terrace is operated is by Blue Harbor Senior Living. An operator of senior communities based out of Portland, Oregon, Blue Harbor Senior Living has communities in thirteen states.

Featured Amenities

Our residents have a choice of several studio floor plans to choose from. Apartments feature private bathrooms, air conditioning, basic cable, kitchenettes and even a covered deck on select units. All homes are equipped with an emergency call system that is monitored 24 hours a day for added safety and security.

All residents of our community enjoy access to our many communal areas which include an outdoor courtyard, library and TV Room. There is even an on-site beauty salon/barber shop when a haircut is needed. Our activity program is designed to focus on all aspects of wellness mind, body and spirit. Favorite activities include holiday celebrations, intergenerational activities and gardening.

Available Services

At Raintree Terrace, we offer a wide variety of services in our basic assisted living plan, including weekly housekeeping, laundry and linen services, and transportation. Our restaurant-style community dining room is open 11 hours a day, with snacks available at all times.

To supportive our residents' desire for independence, we provide assistance with activities of daily living including medication management, and daily activities planning. Staff is available 24 hours a day whenever help is needed. For residents with Alzheimer's or dementia, they benefit from our Illuminations Memory Care Program which provides individualized, specialized care.
