Every day the recreation calendar is filled with engaging on-site social programs, fitness classes and club meetings. Activities include kite flying club, word puzzles, bingo and card club. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

We went with The Hearth at Franklin for my father's care, he moved in a week ago. It's 3 floors and my father is in a studio apartment. It's very clean, it's very nice and everything is updated. He has a microwave and a small refrigerator, he has a queen-sized bed, and he has furniture in his room. It's fully furnished, you can actually rent the furniture that's in there for a starting amount. I think every room is similar but they have a 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and a studio-type. The staff was wonderful, they were professional, caring and knowledgeable. Right now they're on lockdown because of the Corona virus but normally they have several activities per day. I just don't know which activities they have other than watching movies 3 times per week, a couple's night and they have a lot more that they do when it's not on lockdown. I have not had food there but the meal plan sounds incredible. It's a little pricey but we got good value for what we're paying.

I Visited This Facility

The Hearth at Franklin was really nice. The front desk lady was very attentive. Everything was really clean and dusted nicely. It smelled really nice walking in and the administrator actually took me on a tour. He was amazing, showed me all the different levels of care, wrote everything down, and sat and talked with me for an hour or two. He took the time to answer my questions. Their customer service is really good. They have a really nice paved walking trail outside, a theater room, billiard room, and a little church room.

I Visited This Facility

The Hearth at Franklin was very nice and very well staffed. The lady that we talked to who was the director was very nice. It was a very nice facility. The rooms were nice and they came with some furniture. There were ongoing activities. They were playing some kind of game when we were there.

I Visited This Facility

Everything about The Hearth at Franklin was perfect. It overlooked the Williamson County Recreation Center. It was the perfect place for my sister-in-law. It was a beautiful place. The rooms were beautiful and new. They were large, and they have lots of sunlight. They seemed to have everything that you would need.

I Visited This Community

Upon visiting The Hearth at Franklin, I found the facility to be impressive and the staff very knowledgeable, caring and friendly. The activities offered are outstanding. Everything from billiards to Netflix night. The residents are encouraged to not only strengthen the bodies but minds as well. The residents seem very well cared for and happy in the beautiful surroundings.
