I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
The change from cable to dish television has been a disaster. Local channels are unwatchable and many digital choices are not of interest. There are multiple channels on cars. Come on. I am a visitor. Taking advantage of older adults that are not tech savvy and can’t speak up knowledgeably is almost criminal. Old people need their tv to be WATCHABLE.

While this is only my second week in office, I do understand residents and staff have been frustrated by the transition to Dish Network, which was not as smooth as anticipated. I will be working to ensure our expected channels are available and if not, communicate with the residents and team accordingly as I gain a better understanding of the situation. I am/was a resident of this facility
I am aware of NO noise restrictions being enforced here....especially at nighttime (sleeping hours) I am told that residents have the RIGHT to do anything he/she wants if he/she is still awake...it would seem they should follow Middletown restrictions? For this reason I find life here to have little value.
