Our 24-hour caring staff focuses on residents' quality of life not only with professional Assisted Living and Memory Care support services but also with palliative care relying on input from nurses, chaplains, social workers, psychologists and other healthcare professionals including our house doctor, podiatrist and dietitian.

Our studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments feature all of the comforts of home with wall-to-wall carpet, cable TV access and individually controlled climate controls. Residents, along with their family and friends, get peace of mind knowing assist railings in bathrooms, emergency call buttons, smoke alarms and sprinkler systems can be found in all of our apartment homes. Our wheelchair-bound residents and those who use motorized scooters will be able to get in and out of their apartments with ease thanks to wide entryways. All utilities except basic cable are included.

Available Services

Our prompt and courteous staff members, available 24 hours a day, tailor plans to our residents' needs depending on the level of care they require. Obtainable services include medication administration, special nutritional counseling, escort and transfer assistance and incontinence care. Additional housekeeping and laundry help, along with special bathing, dressing and grooming assistance, can be coordinated on a resident-by-resident basis. Unique to The Woodlands is our Snoezelen room, a soothing and stimulating environment for residents with Alzheimer's or dementia.
