The Waterford at Fairfield offers a number of studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans that fit the lifestyles of independent seniors. Our apartments feature well appointed kitchens so residents can cook dinner and entertain whenever they desire. Spacious bathrooms boast walk-in showers and assist hand rails for convenience and safety, while wall-to-wall carpet, mini-blinds on all windows and individual climate controls offer the comfort and privacy our guests desire and deserve. Family and friends will get peace of mind knowing that their loved one's apartment also sports an emergency response system, smoke alarm and sprinklers for the utmost in safety. Utilities including basic cable but excluding phone service are included in the monthly rent.
Available Services
Residents have access to a choice of home health agencies. Support services such as additional housekeeping and laundry services are offered depending on the level of care. Physical and occupational therapy is available on site as well. Our residents stay physically and mentally fit with regular wellness, walking, balance and exercise classes. The Waterford at Fairfield looked very good, but it felt like being in a closed-in place. The staff members that we met were very kind and very good to me.

The Waterford at Fairfield is very nice. They are very sociable. It is a very nice place. I liked it instantly. The staff member who assisted me was very nice and kept in touch with me. When my dad saw this place, he loved it instantly. They have nice, big rooms. The ones we looked at were the efficiency room, the smaller one-bedroom, and the big one-bedroom. My dad will be getting a big one-bedroom. They told us about going to the grocery store and going on different outings. It is a really nice and peaceful place. The people are very nice. The biggest advantage is that I like the location; it is not far from me. It is also within our budget. It looks like they take care of the residents. Hopefully we'll be able to move my dad in soon.

My sister has moved into The Waterford at Fairfield. It is clean and smells good, which is important. It is a good value for the money. Overall, I think it is a perfect fit for my sister. The staff members are very nice and friendly. The housekeeping lady is very friendly. The front office area people are very nice, too. I am pleased with the cafeteria. The sous chef came and introduced themselves to my sister, which was very nice. They're all great. My sister likes the food very much. They have exercise, bingo, Bible study, Saturday night movies, group outings, paintings, crafts, baking, and Wii bowling. They have lots of things to do. The laundry room is nice.
