My mother moved in. My siblings and I really like it, and Mom seems to like it as well. Overall, it's a really nice facility. The people have been very responsive when she needs help. It's nice, clean, and well taken care of. They have a lot of activities for the residents, like exercises every morning after breakfast, physical exercises, mental exercise, arts and crafts, field trips a couple of times a month, and live music every Friday. They give them a choice for meals, and it's almost like being in a small restaurant. They have a choice of three different entrees, four different sides, and desserts. The food is nutritious and healthy.

It is wonderful. They've been very good to my mother and with communicating with us as they respond quickly when there is an issue. We don't have complaints. She is in the memory care unit, and they're constantly engaged in many different activities every day all day, which is just what they need. They serve three meals a day and snacks in between. They do medications, referred to as direct and redirect. She dresses and cleans herself, but they need to direct her to do that. They need to tell her it's time to take a shower today, just keeping her on track. The staff is very pleasant, very helpful, and very attentive. I was most impressed with their attentiveness and their kindness, but they are not patronizing to my mother; they're respectful. They're very nice people, my mother said. It's expensive, but we're getting our money's worth. I'm confident that she is getting good care every day.
