A full-service retirement community tucked away on 14 rolling acres near the community of Upper Arlington, The Forum at Knightsbridge offers a spectrum of senior living options. With 143 independent living homes, 88 assisted living apartments, 25 memory care residences and 60 skilled nursing beds, we are well-equipped to care for seniors at all phases of life's journey.

The Forum at Knightsbridge is managed by Five Star Senior Living. Five Star is a health care and senior living services provider that operates independent and assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation hospitals, institutional pharmacies and outpatient health rehabilitation clinics throughout 30 states.

Our community requires no large entrance fee, choosing instead to lease for one monthly fee that includes meal service in our restaurant-style dining room, a full calendar of community events and activities, and any personal care services. Residents also enjoy access to our convenience store, beauty salon and outdoor recreation areas.

Seniors at The Forum at Knightsbridge select their homes from our many pet-friendly accommodations. Our apartments come in a choice of floor plans and feature emergency call systems and convenient kitchens or kitchenettes. All utilities, including cable television, are included in the monthly rent.

Available Services

For the comfort and convenience of all our residents, we take care of the housekeeping, laundry, linen changing, transportation, landscaping and concierge services. We have staff on site 24 hours a day to provide maintenance and security.

Our individualized care services range from assisted living to memory care to 24-hour skilled nursing services. Our professional staff provide assistance with life's daily activities such as showering, dressing, eating and managing medications. We also offer specialized care and programming for seniors facing the challenges of Alzheimer's and dementia.
