My mother is in Bear Canyon Estates, and it has been very good. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable, the grounds are beautiful, and they keep it up wonderfully. The people are extremely nice and helpful. It's good all the way around. They have bingo, ice cream day, and donut day, and they have people come in to help them with shopping and people to help them make jewelry and flower arrangements. They keep them busy. You can have caretakers come in.

My sister likes the layout of Bear Canyon Estates. She has a very nice two-bedroom, corner room and a big patio deck. The food is included in the cost. She's very happy there. I've eaten there a number of times. For the first months she's there, she can have guests free of charge. They offered her a very good deal that she could not refuse.

Bear Canyon Estates is marvelous. Their facilities are beautiful. Their waiting room was bright and cheerful with lots of yellow and light colors. The dining room is pretty close to the front. It has tablecloths, lots of windows, light, and an open atrium as you walk in. You could see that the people in there have smiling, pleasant faces. The young man who showed me around was named Cal. Anyone who got close to me, he introduced us. The people genuinely turned and said, "We're glad you're looking here, you'll like it if you decide to come," and so on, every one of them. Everyone I talked to was happy and pleasant, it's just so full of life. It's well-kept outside, and there are lots of parking. I see they have a bus that came there to pick people up, people are coming and going. It was lovely. They followed up with me several times to offer to come and have lunch with them. If I would be to put my mother anywhere, I would pick this place. The rooms and apartments are very nice and not fancy, but it was neat, clean and tidy and ready for anybody who'll move in to have it. It had a balcony, which was very nice. The building, the outside, and the people inside were very pleasant. I was very impressed. The young man who was showing me around knew everybody's name. He paid attention to the clients as people, and I like that.

Bear Canyon Estates was lovely. It's a great place, but I can't afford it. The people were wonderful, accommodating, and very helpful. The apartment was very lovely. They gave me a calendar with all the various activities, and it looked very well organized.

My father and I really like Bear Canyon Estates. It's a good one. They have a library and some books up there, a TV room on the bottom floor, and the dining room looks nice. The staff even went down to my father's old place to help sign him up. She's been really helpful. It's a very decent, nice place. They seem to be taking care of the people there.

We visited Bear Canyon Estates. The apartments were nice, but what we saw was a little small compared to what we're coming from. We got a tour of the whole place and we saw the library and the dining room. It was a really nice place, but I didn't see too many of the residents around. It was very clean. They just didn't seem to have quite as much available for the people there.

Bear Canyon Estates was good. The staff who accommodated me during the tour was very personable and did a good job. The apartment looked fine. The dining area looked very attractive and welcoming. They had a TV room and an activity room.

Bear Canyon Estates' rooms were a nice size and had balconies. Every floor plan was different. They had nice grounds and were in a nice location. It was a really nice facility. They had activities and a lot of outings. The food was very good.

I like my little 1-bedroom apartment at Bear Canyon Estates. It's just the right size, and the price is very reasonable. It's very clean and attractive. They have plenty of activities that you can be involved in especially this Christmas. They have a bible study class, choir, games, and they can take you to concerts and different things.

Bear Canyon Estates was very upbeat, friendly, and clean -- it was like being on a cruise ship. They have a computer room with internet access that the residents can use. We tried the food and it was excellent. The menu was well-balanced with protein and vegetables, and the dessert was good. They have shopping trips twice a month and they have the usual activities like Bingo. They were very capable, caring, and available.

Bear Canyon Estates had detached one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartments, and they were nice. We saw an exercise room. The staff was nice, very friendly, very cordial, and very professional. They're right next to the mountain. It's a comfortable place. There was some remodeling going on when I was there.

My mother moved into Bear Canyon Estates. It's good. The staff is good, but the dining area is good and bad. Some days she likes it and some days she doesn't. My regret is that it doesn't have more choices. There's not a lot of variety to choose from. Their facilities are well-presented. My mother has a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette. They've kept their apartments in good condition. They have activities, bingo, and so on. They offer leaving the community, although my mom hasn't done anything off-site with them.

Bear Canyon Estates seems pretty much like most of the places I have seen. They didn't seem very eager to take residents from other communities, and that would be a problem in my case. They have amenities, but no pool, and nothing stands out compared with other communities.

Bear Canyon Estates was very impressive and was very clean. The staff member during the visit was fantastic. He did a good job of answering our questions and telling us if they didn't offer something we wanted. He was very good at communicating that. The dining area was really good, and I liked how very organized and quick they served the food.

The lunch we had at Bear Canyon Estates was adequate. A very nice gentleman showed us around. The studio was the only empty unit they had, but they said they had casitas that are more independent. They showed us a library and a very small workout area.
