I visited this facility
Senior Star at Las Colinas Village was nice. I saw the residents playing cards. It was clean and nicely located. It would be something that I would consider in the future. They had a nice dining area. The staff was very friendly, very informative, and very professional. The food was OK and seemed restaurant quality.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
Senior Star is very good so far. My mother is enjoying it there and we feel good about her stay there. It's a nice place and the food is good. She's on her own, but there's plenty of activities for her to do there. She has a nice 1-bedroom apartment with a balcony. They have a really nice patio area with barbecue grills and gardens outside. There seems to be something going on for them all the time. The price is very affordable for what she gets.

My dad is at Senior Star. I like the location, the food is good, and the apartments are pretty nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a nurse and nurse assistants, they serve three meals a day, and they offer transportation for doctors' appointments. The standard package includes rent, meals, housekeeping, and they do the linens and towels.

I visited this facility
Senior Star at Las Colinas Village looked a little old, but the person who helped me during the tour was very nice. Their dining area looked OK. I didn't notice anybody doing any activities. The hallways are long and narrow, and the location is not the best part of town.
