When you're ready to trade in home ownership for a lifestyle that has you living next door to friends and no yard work, then you are ready to join Liberty Ridge. At our full-service retirement community, we offer a variety of lifestyle options to meet your needs. And with all our wonderful amenities, such as a community room and fine dining, you will wonder why you didn't join sooner.
Eastland Church of God established Liberty Ridge in 1999 to meet the needs of seniors who were seeking affordable housing. Over the years we have expanded our services and community to provide comprehensive care at all stages of retirement. We are a nonprofit community and are welcoming of all faiths.
Featured Amenities
You will have your choice of living arrangements when you join Liberty Ridge. If you don't need supportive services, you can move into an easy living garden home that features all the conveniences of a house without the maintenance. You have access to all the community amenities found in the main building, and for an additional fee, you can take advantage of housekeeping, dining and transportation services.
For our residents who require support to remain independent, they can select from several assisted living floor plans for their new home. The apartment has a kitchenette, an emergency response system and private bathrooms. All utilities are included in the monthly fee and additional services such as personal laundry service or assistance with self-administering medication can be added to your package.
Available Services
Every day in our community dining room, our residents enjoy three, freshly prepared meals served restaurant-style every day, and healthy snacks are provided between meals. We also provide scheduled transportation for errands and medical appointments. Additional conveniences that our residents appreciate is having an on-site gift shop and beauty salon.
In addition to providing assisted living services, memory care is available in our brand-new memory care neighborhood. In this intimate, secure setting, we provide one-on-one care that allows loved ones to flourish. Family also receive support through our family support group.

I visited this facility
We went to Liberty Ridge. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and the director we spoke to was very helpful. He was knowledgeable about the process, about his place, and about what we needed to do if we chose it for my mother-in-law. We really liked the place. It was not overwhelming and the people were friendly. We were checking out their assisted living. The rooms we saw were studios inside a building, and there are also smaller studios for people in memory care. There were also bigger apartments where you can fit a kitchenette, a full-size refrigerator, a bathroom, and a little living room. We saw a volunteer playing puzzles in the memory care part, and some of the residents were watching TV, but they seem to have activities throughout the day for the people to be engaged in. They also have meals served in that wing as well (as opposed to going to the big cafeteria), because it would be too overwhelming for the people there, and we agree with that. They also have yoga glasses for the seniors.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
Liberty Ridge is fine so far. They have no activities going on right now because of the virus, but they have activities prior. It's a nice place. My sister's apartment is pretty good, and it's the biggest place we could find for the price. The people are wonderful. She keeps saying how good the food is there, and she's very happy with the food. They've got a nice big dining room, activity rooms, a place to get your hair done like a salon, there are lots of stuff there, too. The staff is good.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) has disrupted some of our normal activities but soon once again our hallways will be filled with laughter, merriment, the dining room bustling, and friends socializing.

I visited this facility
Liberty Ridge's staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and hospitable. It's a nice, warm atmosphere. I didn't mind being there. The rooms were small and compact but very clean and nice.
