I visited this facility
I loved Magnolia Springs SouthPointe. When I walked in the place was beautiful, from the surroundings to everything inside. It was nice and homey; it was just lovely. The staff member who assisted me was very helpful, explained everything to us, took us on a good tour, sat us down, and explained to us that they might not have a room ready but they'll help us as much as they can. The dining room was very pleasant; it was like a restaurant. They have a snack room so the residents can go down and get a snack in-between meals or get some drinks. It was a really nice set up and very clean; everybody was super nice. Their menu looked super nice and well-balanced; it looks like they set them up well. The place was beautiful.

I visited this facility
Magnolia Springs SouthPointe was very nice. The staff was really good and very informative and took me on a nice tour and everything. The rooms were very nice. They had little sitting rooms and an activity room that seemed very nice. The one thing that turned me away from them was they have no nurse on duty and that was their way of approaching the memory care unit. They showed me activities and they even gave me books on Alzheimer's so I can better understand it as well. They're very informative. They even sent me home with a pie from their own bakery. I didn't eat there, but from what I saw, the menu and everything, it looked very nice. The staff was awesome, but with the age group that they deal with, I can't believe that there's not a nurse on duty.
