Description of Greenbriar Village
Located on the east side of Indianapolis near I-465 and I-70, Greenbriar Village Assisted Living and Memory Care keeps residents in close proximity to all kinds of restaurants, shopping and activities from the Washington Square area all the way into downtown. We care for independent living and assisted living residents at GreenTree including memory care residents in Samara, our on-site secure memory care environment.
Greenbriar Village Assisted Living and Memory Care is owned and operated by Provision Living. At Provision, all of our employees share a passion for serving others, and we treat each and every one of our residents like family. It is our daily mission to ensure that our seniors are enjoying life, that our associates are achieving professional fulfillment and that our homes have a positive impact on the local communities we serve.
Featured Amenities
Residents enjoy their choice of private accommodations in a selection of studio and one-bedroom floor plans. Apartments feature in-unit washers and dryers, individual climate control and an emergency call system. Pets are also welcome to join their owners in their homes.
Our community boasts a number of on-site amenities such as a fitness room, library, chapel services and complimentary parking. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily in our formal dining room with accommodations made available for special diets.
Available Services
In-house, Greenbriar Village Assisted Living and Memory Care offers unique advantages, such as a licensed general practitioner who visits at least once every week and an on-site outpatient clinic that provides professional occupational, physical and speech therapy. For added comfort and convenience, we also provide housekeeping, linen changing and transportation services.
Our team of caregivers are available 24 hours a day to offer a helping hand as needed. This could include assistance with bathing, dressing, escorting, diabetes care or medication management. Seniors facing the challenges of Alzheimer's and dementia receive even more comprehensive memory care from specially trained nurses and staff members.
Caring seniors since 1998, GreenTree of Post Road has retained much of our original staff, who maintain a special personal connection to everyone they serve.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My mother-in-law is at Greenbriar Village. The care that they provide is pretty good. They have several things going on every day. The staff is very nice to her. I've eaten there with her several times, and the food is good.

I visited this facility
I enjoyed the Greenbriar Village and the people. The staff gave us a lot of information. I liked the fact that they separated the more highly functional residents. They had an outdoor area where they could go, but my father was more highly functioning upstairs and didnt have much access to the outside. I enjoyed all the staff; they were all very friendly, very knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. The facility was clean, but the rooms were semi-private, it shared a bathroom, and had a curtain that separated the two residents. They had a barber and beauty shop that they could go to. They coordinated with the doctors visit and had them come in, so you wouldnt have to take them out every time they needed to see someone. They gave us a calendar of activities that the activity director does with the residents.

We moved dad into Greenbriar Village and so far it's nice. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room he has is clean, and the residents seem to enjoy themselves.
