We're moving to Westbrook Senior Living. We really liked it because it was all-inclusive. The staff seemed pleasant and helpful. The rooms were really nice, spacious, clean, and up to date. The grounds were very nice, and it's close to my home.

I live in Westbrook Senior Living. It's very good. I'm one of the youngest and most of the people that have become my friends may be old, but they're certainly very young in attitude. My apartment has four rooms. When you walk in the front door, you're in the kitchen, to your right is the bathroom which is quite large, straight ahead is the living room, and then to your left there is the bedroom. The four rooms are the living room, the bedroom, the front half overlooking the windows, and the bathroom and the kitchen are off the hallway. There are card playing groups that meet during the day. They also have a seated exercise class every morning except Sunday. The staff members are absolutely fantastic young women. There are some things that could've been done better. If you want to stay busy, there's something for you all the time. They keep expanding. The place has only been open for a year. I am getting what I'm paying for.

Everything at Westbrook Senior Living is new. I was impressed with a lot of stuff, but one of the things that impressed me a great deal was the new equipment in the physical therapy room. They also had a washer and dryer for clothes in every room. There are no dents, marks or scratches in any of the rooms at all and they were all just in wonderful shape. It's just quite a distance to my doctor, so it would make it a little more difficult going into that facility. There was one cleaning lady there who is a very positive influence. She should be a sales person because she's so enthusiastic about her job and their facility. The food was very good.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past residentReview of Westbrook Senior Living

I was totally impressed with Westbrook, and I told my mother that I myself would live there. She told me that last night they she played bingo, and in the afternoon, a lovely lady with a beautiful voice came in sang in the dining room. She enjoyed that. The people are all very nice and the meals are excellent. They have a special every day, and if you don’t care to have it, they have everything else on the menu. So you can have anything you want, and it’s lovely. We have a maintenance man that comes 2 times a month, and they would do whatever you want. My mom asked them to put the bar on the curtain rod; they’re fast and efficient, and they work 24 hours. My mother has a hard time seeing, so she can’t do a lot. The staff helps her with the bingo and other things. They are available if she wants them. It’s wonderful; what more can I ask for? The value is outstanding. I know what you get in other communities for that same price, and you don’t get anything like this.
