Franciscan Village is one of several communities managed by Franciscan Communities, a division of Franciscan Sisters of Chicago Services Corporation. Since their founding of Chicago's first Catholic nursing home in 1894, the Franciscan Sisters of Chicago has built a legacy of providing quality healthcare services.

For your new home, you can choose between a free-standing two-bedroom garden home (which requires an entrance fee) or apartment homes available in studio, one- or two-bedroom floor plans (which do not require an entrance fee). The garden homes include fully equipped kitchens, a washer/dryer and patio, along with in-house décor customization. Our apartments also have fully equipped kitchens, large windows that overlook our landscaped grounds and spacious rooms. Residents also appreciate that the monthly rent includes all maintenance and utilities, including basic cable.
