We invite our residents to enjoy an inviting environment, a vibrant atmosphere, and come to enjoy friendly people with similar likes and interests. Here at Selfhelp we offer assisted living and independent living.

We offer our residents an array of amenities such as a Solarium a penthouse with floor to ceiling windows that provide a panoramic view of the city, a roof garden a place to enjoy fresh air and a beautiful view of the city, a movie theater to enjoy whatever film in our plush and roomy seating, a wellness center to make sure our residents stay as healthy as possible, and a media room where our residents can grab a book and relax or just send an email to a friend or family member.

Available Services

We provide our residents with a wide range of services such as transportation to where our residents need to go, all utilities are included, we will provide escorts to meals and any activities, parking is provided for residents and their guest, and daily exercise classes are available.

At Selfhelp we want to make sure our residents are safe at all times, we provide all residents with an emergency call system and a 24-hour staff.
