I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My mother is in Cambridge Post Acute Care Center. The only thing I would like for them to do a little bit more is give me a report twice a week on how she is doing with rehab. The staff members are fine. They answer all my questions. There are two beds in her room, and her wheelchair and her chair are in there. The room could be a little bit bigger; it's small for two people to be in there. My mom is a picky eater. I take her a couple things I cook for her. I put her name and number, and they give it to her. She had to be in quarantine for 14 days, so they would just come in and do in-room therapy. After today, they're going to take her to the gym. There's an outdoor area and they said after her 14 days I can make an appointment with them, and they would bring her outside. There is a long balcony with chairs, and we could sit six feet away with masks.

I visited this facility

It was a nice, friendly place. I just wasn't impressed with the memory care facility because it didn't seem like it was well thought out. The staff was friendly. The apartment I saw was fine and suitable. The dining area was appropriate and was set up with tables, chairs, and linens.
