Elderlife Bridge Loans
Elderlife Financial bridge loans may be a short-term financial assistance option for Snellville seniors who wish to move to an assisted living facility. These loans have terms of up to 12 months and can help pay for room and board and related move-in fees at an individual’s chosen assisted living community.
To qualify for a bridge loan, seniors with low credit scores can apply with multiple family members to improve their chance of approval. Elderlife also considers the applicant’s income and assets as well as their long-term funding plans for assisted living.
