The country store is a great place to pick up everyday items, and residents can keep up with their favorite team on our hi-def TV at the Sports Zone. For a little outdoor relaxation, The Lanai is the perfect choice with its waterfall, fire pit and fish pond.

Apartment at Hammond Glen come in a selection of one- and two-bedroom apartments. Accommodations are outfitted with private bathrooms, kitchens, individually controlled thermostats and emergency call systems. Included with each residents monthly rent is basic cable service.

Available Services

We want to ensure that residents of our community spend their time enjoying themselves rather than dealing with the hassle of daily chores. For this reason, we offer both weekly housekeeping services and scheduled transportation services at no extra charge. As an added benefit, residents can take advantage of the services found at on on-site hair salon.

Highly trained staff members are on-site twenty-four hours a day. This means that a helping hand with medication management, dressing, mobility or personal hygiene is available at any hour. As always, we adjust the services provided to meet each residents unique needs and preferences.
