Description of Hammond Glen Retirement Community
A senior living community situated in the town of Sandy Springs, Hammond Glen sits just a short distance north of Atalanta. This means that residents have easy access to the many entertainment, shopping and dining destinations that the city has to offer. In addition to the many on-site services and amenities we offer, our community is within minutes of nationally recognized medical facilities.
Hammond Glen is managed by Grace Management, Inc. Founded in 1984, Grace Management, Inc. has continued to grow due to our people-oriented approach to senior housing and care.
Featured Amenities
When wanting to get a little exercise, residents of our community need look no further than our modern fitness center. The country store is a great place to pick up everyday items, and residents can keep up with their favorite team on our hi-def TV at the Sports Zone. For a little outdoor relaxation, The Lanai is the perfect choice with its waterfall, fire pit and fish pond.
Apartment at Hammond Glen come in a selection of one- and two-bedroom apartments. Accommodations are outfitted with private bathrooms, kitchens, individually controlled thermostats and emergency call systems. Included with each residents monthly rent is basic cable service.
Available Services
We want to ensure that residents of our community spend their time enjoying themselves rather than dealing with the hassle of daily chores. For this reason, we offer both weekly housekeeping services and scheduled transportation services at no extra charge. As an added benefit, residents can take advantage of the services found at on on-site hair salon.
Highly trained staff members are on-site twenty-four hours a day. This means that a helping hand with medication management, dressing, mobility or personal hygiene is available at any hour. As always, we adjust the services provided to meet each residents unique needs and preferences.

I am/was a resident of this facility
I have lived at Hammond , close to two years. In my opinion, this is first class spot . I\'m 83 years old, and live in a apartment (solo, with my cat), and have nothing, to Complain about. All is well , in my eyes.
